All sales are final. No exchanges.


In the unlikely event an item is delivered damaged or defective you will need to contact us at wlcandlecompany@gmail.com with 48 hours of delivery date. Please include your order number and name in the subject line.  Be sure to include the purchaser's name, contact information, order number, and name of the specific item that is damaged or defective with a photo of the item. You will receive a return label if the item is eligible for return.


Your refund will be processed to its original payment method once the item is returned. In order to receive a FULL refund (minus shipping cost) the above must be completed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


All items are delivered through postal mail. Due to the climate, wax may appear slightly melted upon arrival. This does not qualify as an item being damaged.
