Processing
Please allow between 3 to 5 business days for your item to be shipped or ready for pick up. Once and order is placed it cannot be cancelled at this point.

Local Pick Up

Confirmation will be sent via email or text when your order is ready for pick up.
Please do not arrive at pick up location until you receive your confirmation that your order is ready with time and location for pick up.
Bring confirmation email or text with photo ID when you arrive to pick up your order.

Shipping & Handling
All items are sent through the US Postal Service. We do not ship outside the U.S. Shipping cost is included in your total (please refer to your receipt for amount).
Confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to the provided email once your order is shipped. Estimated delivery is between 5 to 10 business days.¹

We are not responsible for any orders that are not retrieved due to postal service issues. Please contact your local postal service for any missing packages.

¹Due to COV-19: During this unusual time, order processing and shipping may be delayed due to the extra measures we and our carriers are taking to keep everybody safe. If you have any concerns about delivery timing, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Sales Tax
